Sneak a Peek

Canton is just around the corner and we have signed up to do an antique show in Round Top in mid-June and then Canton rolls back around again!! We have been keeping busy trying to find the 'good stuff' to have in our booths. Lillie even left the state to do some shopping! Don't want to disappoint our customers! Here's a peek at just a few of the things we will have at our upcoming shows.

Hope to see you soon!!

May Canton

Another Canton weekend has come and gone. Except for that nasty tornado on Friday morning, it was a great show! We were in town about to go into the store to stock up on snacks when we heard the sirens going off! The clerks in the store were all outside talking on their cell phones and pointing down the street. We didn't have a clue what was happening. They said a tornado had touched down on the grounds!! Well, needless to say - we didn't get any snacks! We jumped in the car and headed to the Canton grounds. We checked on our building -- everything ok there. Lillie's mom sets up in the original pavilions, so we made sure she was safe. Then we made our way to the Arbors to check on all our friends there (we both used to set up in Arbors II). Most of the damage seemed to be between Arbors II and Highway 19. They were a little shook up, but nothing serious. Glad to hear that!!

Turned out to be a gorgeous day! And one of the busiest shows we have had! Thanks to everyone who stopped in!

Here are a few pictures from the show. ENJOY!!

Garden items were 'hot' this show!

Love the crusty cart! Love the sold tag!

The mission oak swing and iron table found new homes.

This cute marble top table also found a new home.

A unique display like this one always gets their attention....

This way to the 'good' junk!!

Relax on this sweet little velvet chaise.

The creamy white ironstone really pops in this dark wood shelf.

These cash register numbers went fast!!

More rusty crusty garden items. More sold tags. We love them both!!

Great old wicker chairs look wonderful around this glass top table.

Another garden setting....

Even sold this sign right off the front of our building. Nothing is safe around here!!

Hope you enjoyed the pictures. Please excuse the poor quality. We probably have the first digital camera that was ever made!! Everything looks sooooo much better in person -- so stop in and see us next Canton!
