Anxiously waiting......

During our Canton weekend in June, our good friend Linda Hatfield, who is the director of marketing for Canton First Monday, brought in a couple of very nice young ladies. They were with Charm; a bi-monthly magazine that is associated with the Longview newspaper. The features editor interviewed me and the photographer took lots and lots of pictures of everything in our building. We exchanged e-mails over the next week with the editor asking a few more questions and said they had some great pictures of our displays that would be used in an upcoming issue of Charm. Lillie and I anxiously waited for the issue. We checked their website every day. Drumroll please......

Well, we didn't get mentioned in the article, but the dress form wearing the girdle is from one of our displays. It is a very nice article on Canton First Monday Trade Days, but we had really hoped it might mention us. By the way, the girdle and the dress form sold last month......

Sooooo........ this past Canton we get another visit from our good friend Linda. She has a cable television crew with her. Can they film our merchandise and would we sign these release forms? SURE WE WILL!!!! It's "Empty Nesters" (click to see more) -- which launches in Fall 2008 on Veria TV (channel 9575 on DISH Network).

Lillie and I are once again anxiously waiting......
