Buchanan's Vintage Market

I'm heading back to Buchanan's Vintage Market today to do some more selling and a bit of shopping. Had a good day yesterday and will deliver the big patio set today. Stop by and say hello. The show is at Fair Park in Dallas -- inside the Automobile Building where it's nice and cool. There is some good stuff here!! Here are a few pictures from my booth for you to enjoy.....

I was just over checking out Talking Trash and found out there is going to be a virtual baby shower for the Bella Momma on the 26th of this month.

***** CHANGE IN DATES -- Party to be on the 28th ***** You need to be sure to mark your calendars now so you can attend! From what I read, this will be a doozie -- big honkin' rose rings, coozies and diaper pails are involved! Got your attention, huh?!?

Brain Buzz

Did a little junking today. Found a van load of stuff -- and I have a big van! Finally got a few big 'statement' pieces, some funky rusty metal items, bunches of 'smalls' and some other good stuff. But I think my most favorite thing I found today is this box of used pale pink satin pointe shoes. At least 30 pairs!! With long ribbons!

Now my brain is just buzzing with ideas on what to do with them ..... other than just sell them.... (they are for sell and have been listed on my blogshop)

Window Dressing...

Headed to Athens today to set up one of the windows at Winnie & Tulula's. Tried to take a few pictures to share with you, but had a hard time shooting thru the glass from outside the mall. Lots of glare! Took a few while standing in the window, but still not happy with the results. I think you are just going to have to make a road trip and see it for yourself!

Weekend Fun

This past weekend was spent in the cute town of Waxahachie, Texas. I 'crashed' the Paper Cowgirl Altered Art Retreat and was so glad I did. My sister had enrolled in the classes and I just tagged along. After seeing how much fun they had and all the great creations they took home with them -- I am so signing up for the next one!!

It's about time.....

I know! I know!! I'm the last person to blog about the grand opening of the great new hot spot Winnie & Tulula's. You have probably seen lots of great pictures and already heard how wonderful everything was. And you are kicking yourself because you didn't get to be a part of it all! Well, it was wonderful!! There was a line of customers outside anxiously waiting to get in!! The check-out counter was hopping! The snacks were delicious! And the thirst-quenching 'tululas' were yummie!! Thank you Gloria for opening such a great new place!!!
